Measuring Principle
This instrument adopts eddy current thickness methods(NFe Probe):
Measuring Non-conductive coatings on Non-magnetic basis metals
(such as enamel, plastic, rubber, paint coatings on copper,
aluminum, zinc, tin substrates).
By using high frequency alternating current in the coil produces an
electromagnetic field,when the probe contact with cover,Metal
substrate eddy current is produced,and feedback to a coil in a
probe,Derived by measuring the size of the feedback effect of the
coating thickness.
MAINTENANCE
1, Environment Requirement
Strictly avoid collisions, heavy dust, humidity, strong magnetic
field, oil, etc.
2, Battery Replacement
2 AA batteries are installed in the tester.When
sign appears, please replace the batteries. 3, How to replace battery:
Open the cover of the battery compartment when the tester is off,
take out the empty batteries and fill in the new ones.
Date and time and measuring conditions need to be reset after
replacing the batteries.
4, If you do not show the error code and don't work properly, such
as:
a) Does not automatically power off
b) Can't measure;
c) Button doesn't work;
d) Measured values capricious.
Appear this kind of failure, when the user through the above method
is still can't rule out failure, the user, please do not dismantle
machine repair themselves.Fill in the warranty card, please deliver
instrument maintenance department, perform the warranty
regulations.
